品质管理圈活动在无创呼吸机故障管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品质管理圈(品管圈)活动在无创呼吸机故障管理中的作用。方法 2013年1月起成立无创呼吸机管理品管圈活动小组,运用戴明循环(Plan-Do-Check-Action,PDCA),确立以降低无创呼吸机故障发生率为活动主题,分析原因,制定计划、对策和实施方案,评价效果及持续质量追踪。结果实施品管圈活动前后,无创呼吸机的故障发生率分别为15.4%和5.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动对降低无创呼吸机故障发生率效果显著,不仅能保证无创呼吸机的性能随时处于完好状态,而且能降低医疗护理安全隐患,保证患者医疗安全。Objective To investigate the effect of QCC in the management of noninvasive ventilators＇ failure.Methods We established a QCC team for the management of noninvasive ventilators since January 2013,applied the PDCA cycle,developed the theme-＂ To reduce the failure rate of noninvasive ventilator＂,analyzed the failure reason of noninvasive ventilators,made plans and strategies and implied them to evaluate its effective as well as track quality continuously.Results The failure rate of noninvasive ventilators decreased from 15.4 percent to 5.4 percent after the application of QCC,differences are statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is significant effective to use QCC to reduce the failure rate of noninvasive ventilators.It can not only guarantee noninvasive-ventilators in good condition,but also reduce health care security risks and ensure patients＇ safety.
