手术切口感染与手术室护理管理的关系及防范措施

摘　　要：目的探讨手术切口感染与手术室护理管理的关系,并总结相关防范措施。方法对手术室实施优化护理管理模式前后分别抽选140例手术患者,观察患者手术切口感染发生情况,并根据感染原因,有针对性实施防范措施。结果实施优化管理前,手术时间>3h、急诊手术、接台手术、参观人数>3人患者感染率较高(27.86%);实施手术室优化护理管理模式后手术切口感染率明显下降(15.00%),实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后患者满意度显著提高(95.71%),与实施前70.00%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后手术室护理工作者的无菌意识提升,护理技术和与医生的配合程度提高,空气细菌含量降低,手术刀使用时间减少,与护理管理实施前比较,各项差异明显(P均<0.05)。结论手术室护理管理模式直接影响患者手术切口感染和护理质量,根据实践经验总结手术切口感染原因,并优化手术室护理,可有效降低切口感染率。Objective To investigate the relationship between the operation incision infection and nursing management in operation room and summarizes the relevant protective measures.Methods 140 patients were respectively selected before and after the optimization model of nursing management in operation room.The incidence of incision infection in the patients with operation incision was observed.The patients were treated with implementation of preventive measures,according to the infection causes.Results Before the implementation of the optimal management,the operations time 〉3h,emergency operation,station operation,the number of visiting more than 3 had higher infection rate （27.86 %）.After the implementation of the optimal management,the operation incision infection rate was significantly decreased （15 %）,which was significantly lower than before the implementation of nursing management （P〈0.05）.The satisfaction of patients after the implementation improved significantly （95.71%）.The difference has statistical significance compared with that 70% before the implementation（P〈0.05）.Sterile consciousness was raised.The degree of doctor was improved.The bacteria in the air were reduced.The time of using operation knife was reduced.Conclusion The nursing management mode in operation room directly affects the infection of incision among patients,so optimize the operation room nursing according to practical experience,and summarized causes operation incision infection,which can effectively reduce the infection rate of incision.
