摘　　要：重点叙述了基于高分辨率卫星影像的建设用地智能提取技术研究的背景、现实意义;提出建设用地提取技术研究思路和技术流程;探讨了关于建设用地智能提取系统构建的框架和关键技术,为探索充分合理利用海量高分辨率卫星影像的建设用地智能提取提供参考性建议。This paper highlighted the background and practical significance of technique research of intelligent extraction of construction land based on high-resolution satellite image, gave a train of thought and technical process for the research, discussed the framework and key technology for the intelligent extraction system building, and provided suggestions for reference for the extraction by fully and reasonably using massive high- resolution image.
