摘　　要：临床上发热病因众多，部分检验耗时多，又因临床经验及专科性细化问题未能及时明确诊断，治疗危急重症患者存在一定风险。本文分析金黄色葡萄球菌菌血症合并心内膜炎1例，临床医生需有全科医学的临床思维，吸收经验教训，避免误诊、迟诊。There are many reasons for the clinical fever, because of some time-consuming examines, clinical experience and specialized refinement problems, it fails to diagnose timely, treatment for critical patients is at risk to some extent. This paper analyzes a case of Staphylococcus aureus bac-teremia combined with endocarditis, the clinicians should have clinical thinking of general practice and learn a lesson, to avoid misdiagnosis and de-layed diagnosis.
