摘　　要：能否取得商业成功是传统视角下判断相应商品是否具有创造性的辅助标准之一,本文通过归纳分析国内外商业成功的典型案例,体现专利保护在商业成功中的作用,并展望专利保护在未来可能发挥的更大作用。Business success is one of the auxiliary criterion of the traditional inventive step judgment. This paper summarized the domestic and foreign typical cases related to business success, thus, hope to present the relationship between business success and patent protection in the past and present, and look forward to the future that business success may play a greater role.
