摘　　要：目的:调查8所医学高等院校护理研究生的能力期望,探索现阶段培养方案与学生期望之间的差距。方法:通过问卷调查的形式,对8所医学高等院校49名在读护理研究生进行调查,整理和分析调查结果。结果:本组护理研究生普遍认为职业道德是其最需要具备的素质,其次是理论知识,科研能力,对整体护理能力和组织管理能力的期望相对偏低。结论:现阶段培养模式及方案与学生能力期望之间存在一定的差距,因此需要在发展中不断改进。Objective：To investigate the current situation of competency expectation of nursing postgraduates in 8 medical colleges and universities so as to find out the gap between the present training scheme and the studentsˊexpectation. Methods：The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 49 nursing postgraduates of 8 medical college and universities,the results of the survey were processed and an-alyzed. Results：All students generally agreed that the ethics of profession and morality is the most needed quality,which is followed by the theoretical knowledge and scientific research ability,and they had a lower expectation on the comprehensive nursing ability and managing ability. Conclusion：The gap certainly exists between the present training mode＆amp;scheme and competency expectation of nursing postgradu-ates,so further improvement is desperately needed in the development.
