摘　　要：目的:探讨系统化护理干预对ICU患者肠内营养(EN)相关性腹泻的影响。方法:将实施EN的245例患者随机分为对照组122例和观察组123例,对照组按EN护理常规护理,观察组实施系统化护理干预措施。结果:观察组腹泻发生率和腹泻相关并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对实施EN的患者,采取系统化护理干预措施,可有效降低腹泻发生率、减少并发症的发生。Objective：To explore the influence of systematic nursing intervention on ICU patients with enteral nutrition-associated diar-rhea. Methods：245 patients who were given enteral nutrition were randomly divided into the control group（ n=122）and the observation group（n=123）. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care of enteral nutrition and the patients in observation group were provided systematic nursing interventions. Results：The incidence of diarrhea and diarrhea-related complications was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The systematic nursing interventions for patients with enteral nutrition can effectively reduce the incidence of diarrhea and diarrhea-related complications.
