摘　　要：在延安文艺座谈会之前,张闻天是党意识形态领域的实际领导者,其科学的、民主的、系统的文艺思想对于延安的文艺运动有着直接的推动作用。这主要表现在三个方面:张闻天对于党的革命文艺事业有一个整体的规划与设想,他提出了当时文艺的总的服务方向,即中华民族新文化为抗战建国服务,在抗战建国中建立中华民族的新文化;张闻天对于中华民族新文化从理论上进行了全面细致的考察,指出了中华民族新文化建设中若干重要理论与实际问题;张闻天推行以"人"为本的文化统一战线政策,十分关注文化团体和知识分子,体现了中国共产党文艺政策的民主性精华。Before the Yan＇ an Literary, Zhang Wenfian was the real leader of our Party＇ s ideology. His scientific, democratic and systematic literary thought had a direct push to Speech in Yan＇ an Literature and Art Symposium, which lies in the following points： He had an overall structure and designation of our Party＇ s revolution literary career and presented the general service direction of that time; He explored in theory to the Chinese new culture and pointed out several important theory and practical problems of Chinese new culture construction; He put forward human-oriented culture unity policy and focus culture community and intellectuals.
