摘 要:从安徽省13个油菜主产县市发病油菜上分离获得85个油菜菌核病菌菌株,采用离体叶片接种法测定了这些菌株对4个不同品种油菜的致病力,同时测定了全部供试菌株的菌丝生长速率和部分菌株的产草酸能力。结果表明,不同菌株对同一品种油菜的致病力存在显著差异;同一菌株对不同品种油菜的致病力也不同,4个油菜品种之间存在显著差异;不同地理来源的菌株对油菜的致病力存在显著差异。菌株的致病力强弱与产草酸能力呈显著正相关(R2=0.7429,P<0.05),而与菌丝生长速率无显著相关性。Eighty-five isolates of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, a causal fungus of rapeseed sclerotinia stem rot,were isolated from the diseased rape plants collected from 13 main production regions in Anhui province. Thepathogenicity of these isolates on four different rapeseed varieties was tested by inoculation on leaves in vitro. Thegrowth rate of the mycelium and the ability of these isolates to produce oxalic acid were also determined. The re-sults showed that significant differences in the pathogenicity of different isolates on the same varety were ob-served. The pathogenicity of the same isolate on four different rape varieties was significantly different. Thepathogenicity difference was also identified in isolates collected from different regions in Anhui. The pathogenic-ity was positively correlated with the production of oxalic acid (R2 = 0.7429), but was not related to the myceliumgrowth rate of the isolates.
