摘 要:利用储藏、挖掘和作窝实验检测青春期暴露双酚A(BPA)对老年CD-1小鼠种属行为的影响。结果显示老年对照组的储藏、挖掘和做窝能力均较青年对照组下降(P<0.05)。BPA处理高剂量组和低剂量组雌鼠的储藏能力都较老年对照雌鼠下降(P<0.05),高剂量组总体及雌鼠的挖掘能力显著低于相应对照(P<0.05)。上述结果提示老年CD-1小鼠可能具有普遍性种属行为抑制,青春期BPA暴露对于老年CD-1小鼠种属行为有性别和任务特异性损害作用。In this study, the tasks of hording, burrowing, and nesting were used to evaluate the effect of ado-lescent bisphenol A exposure on the species-typical behaviors in the aged CD-1 mice. The results showed that theabilities of hording, burrowing, and nesting in the old group significantly reduced (Ps 〈 0.05) compared to theyoung group. The hording abilities significantly reduced in the females exposed to a high- and low-dose BPA dur-ing puberty compared to the corresponding old controls (P 〈 0.05). The overall performance of the burrowingabilities in the high-dose group and the females significantly decreased than those in the corresponding controls(Ps 〈 0.05). These results suggested that old CD-1 mice might have a general species-typical behavioral inhibition.Adolescent exposure to BPA could impair the species-typical behaviors in the CD-1 mice in a gender-andtask-specific manner.
