摘 要:为探讨增温促花对盆栽海棠的生理影响,以‘长寿冠’品种为试验材料,设置3种温度处理(CK、T2、T3),比较了复栽后(6至8月)不同处理长寿冠的叶片数、叶面积、比叶重、叶绿素相对含量及光合气体交换参数等的变化。结果表明:(1)增温处理复栽后长寿冠的叶片数、比叶重、叶面积及叶绿素相对含量均受到不同程度的抑制,玻璃温室增温处理(T3)叶片数及比叶重下降尤为明显,与CK相比,月均分别下降45.14%和25.22%,且各月份均与CK差异显著(P<0.05);(2)增温处理复栽后长寿冠的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度及蒸腾速率均有所降低,其中T3处理Pn、Gs、Tr下降幅度较大,与CK相比,月均分别下降14.99%、16.96%和24.32%,但与CK相比,Pn的下降并不显著(P﹥0.05)。气体交换参数变化的分析表明增温处理后长寿冠光合速率的降低是由气孔因素和非气孔因素共同作用引起。以上结果说明,增温促花对盆栽海棠长寿冠复栽后叶片生长及光合作用均产生不利影响,增温愈高,影响程度愈大;叶片数可作为‘长寿冠’受增温影响程度的有效评判指标。The leaf growth and photosynthetic changes (June to August) of Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet)Nakai 'Changshouguan' under warm temperature treatments (CK, T2, T3) for promoting blosson were determined.The results showed that leaf number, specific leaf weight, leaf area, and chlorophyll relative content in T2 and T3treatments decreased compared to those in CK. The average monthly leaf number and specific leaf weight in T3decreased by 45.14% and 25.22% (P〈0.05) compared to CK, respectively. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn),stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), and transpiration rate (Tr) in T2 and T3 were alllower than those in CK. T3 treatment had a greater effect on Pn, Gs, and Tr of 'Changshouguan' compared to T2.The average monthly Pn, Gs, and Tr in T3 decreased by 14.99% (P〉0.05), 16.96% (P〈0.05), and 24.32%(P〈0.05), respectively, compared to those in CK. Gas exchange parameters showed that the decrease of photosyn-thetic rate by the_increase of the temperature (T2 and T3) was caused by both stomatal and non-stomatal factors.The results suggested that promoting blossom by increasing temperature has negative effects on leaf growth andphotosynthetic capacity of 'Changshouguan'. Furthermore, the higher the temperature was, the greater the effectswere. The leaf number can be used as an effective indicator to evaluate the effect of raising temperature on growthand development of 'Changshouguan'.
