摘  要:目的:初步研究川牛膝种子的生物学特性及萌发特性,为种子质量控制及萌发条件的选择提供有效依据。方法:研究川牛膝种子的形态、大小及吸水性等并进行川牛膝种子的发芽实验,选择适宜的萌发条件;测定种子的水分、生命活力、重量及健康度等确定种子质量。结果:川牛膝种子的最佳萌发条件为:温度25℃、水分70%、光照培养;将种子用7.5mg/L IAA处理后萌发最快,发芽率最高,发芽高峰期较为集中。结论:通过对川牛膝种子的含水量、生活力、重量及健康度等进行测定,得到相应的数据,能为川牛膝种子的质量控制及萌发条件选择提供有效地依据,可初步制定种子的质量标准。Objective: Preliminary study on biological characteristics and germination characteristics of Chuanniuxi seeds, to provide effective evidence for the seed quality control and the selection of germination condition. Method: Chuanniuxi seeds morphology, size, hydroseopicity were studied, and seeds germination experiments were carried out to choose the best germination condition. The seeds water content, viability, weight, health and so on were measured to study the quality of Chuanniuxi seeds. Result: The best germination conditions of Chuanniuxi seeds was as foIl0wing: the temperature was 25 ~C, and the moisture was 70% with illumination. The highest and quickness germination rate was got after the seeds were treated with 7.5 mg·L·1 IAA. Conclusion: The corresponding data from the experiment on seeds water content, viability, weight, health and so on provide effective evidence for the seed quality control and the selection of germination condition to initially set the seed standard.
