益母草防治产后出血的临床与药理研究进展

摘　　要：益母草目前在我国临床上用于产后出血的防治是越来越广泛,文献报道其临床应用均显示出良好的缩宫止血作用,但现代药理毒理研究甚少,与其缩宫止血相关的机制仅涉及兴奋子宫的作用,其对血液是抗凝的,同时促进血流动力,这些药理作用并不完全支持其临床应用。对现有的益母草防治产后出血相关的临床实践应用和药理基础研究作一综述,以期为进一步探明其作用机制提供参考。In china, Motherwort is more and more widely used to treat postpartum hemorrhage, and clinical applications show that Motherwort has good effect on contraction of uterus in order to stop bleeding, but lack of pharmacology and toxicology researches. Previous studies have demonstrated that it could excite uterine smooth muscle and has effects on anticoagulation and improving the hemodynamic, which actually does not fully support its clinical applications. Therefore, this review summarize the related clinical applications and pharmacological researches on prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with Motherwort in order to provide references for further studies：
