摘　　要：目前对中医药治疗肝癌的实验研究很多,机制上大体从六个方面进行切入:诱导癌细胞凋亡或分化,抑制癌细胞增殖,抑制肿瘤血管生成,逆转肿瘤多药耐药性,抑制端粒酶活性,调节机体免疫功能。本文就着眼这六方面,从理论和方法学的角度加以综述。At present, many experimental studies on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of liver cancer have been carried out. The mechanisms mainly include six aspects： induction of tumor cell apoptosis or differentiation; inhibition of cancer cell proliferation; inhibition of tumor angiogenesis; reversal of tumor multidrug resistance; inhibition of telomerase activity; regulation of body immune function. The paper reviews the mechanisms in the theory and methodology from the six aspects.
