巴柳氮钠治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨并分析巴柳氮钠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法将2012-06-2013-06间我科室收治的58例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为对照组及治疗组,治疗组采取口服巴柳氮钠的治疗方法,对照组采取口服柳氮磺胺吡啶的治疗方法,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率达90.32%,对照组为81.48%,两组差异有统计学意义;两组患者治疗后均未见明显不良反应;治疗组复发率为16.13%,对照组复发率为51.85%,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组。结论采用服用巴柳氮钠的方法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,复发率低,副作用少,值得推广。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of balsalazide treatment on ulcerative colitis. Methods Selecting58 cases with ulcerative colitis from June,2012 to June,2013,and dividing them into treatment group and control group. Treatment group took oral balsalazide,and the control group took oral sulfasalazine. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results In treatment group,the total effective rate was 90. 32%,and that was 81. 48% in the control group. There was significant difference between two groups. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment; relapse rate in treatment group was 16. 13%,and in the control group,the recurrence rate was 51. 85%. The relapse rate in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Balsalazide treatment on ulcerative colitis has significant curative effect,with low recurrence rate and less side effects. It is worth promotion.
