摘　　要：目的：评价中央运输工作在临床护理中的应用与效果。方法将全院各科室负责外勤的工作人员集中统一管理，组成一个为患者及临床提供24 h服务的专业运输中心。结果中央运输工作使护理支持中心工作效率提高，工作量成倍增加，方便了患者，节约了资源，受到医生、护士的好评，患者满意度上升。结论中央运输工作使患者得到更安全、更舒适、更专业的服务，提高医院的运行和管理效率，进一步推进优质护理服务示范工程在临床的深入开展。Objective To explore the central transport work in the nursing home and abroad . Methods First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University established the Care Support Center （ Hospital Central Transportation ） , the hospital＆#39;s various departments responsible for the centralized management of field , consisting of a 24 hour service for patients and clinical professional transportation center .Results Central transport work made nursing support center to improve work efficiency , workload multiplied , convenience to patients, and save the resources , was well received by the doctors , nurses and patients satisfaction . Conclusions Central transport work make patients get more secure , more comfortable , more professional service, improve the efficiency of hospital operation and management , to further promote the in-depth development of high quality nursing service demonstration project in clinical .
