人格力对“90后”大学新生适应性的影响研究

摘　　要：人格力是人格效能的发挥,包括人的智力、意志力、亲和力等方面。通过对江苏省4所高校737名"90后"大一新生研究分析,发现"90后"大学新生的人格力上存在一定的不足。人格力是"90后"大学新生新环境适应的重要内在因素,应重视大学生自身人格力在大学适应中的积极意义。为此,建议从开发人格力的角度,提升"90后"大学新生适应性水平。Personality power is the efficiency of personality, including intelligence, willpower, affinity, etc. According to the research and analysis of 737 freshmen from four universities of Jiangsu province, the authors find that there still is some deficiency in？ personality power in the post 1990s freshmen. Because personality power is the vital inner power of acclimatization for freshmen, this paper suggests that the universities should pay more attention to personality education and develop personality power to improve the level of adaptability.
