摘　　要：随着互联网技术的迅猛发展,以微博为代表的自媒体以其独特的传播优势在大学生中广泛流行,并且日益影响着他们的学习和生活方式。面对日趋严峻的就业形势和"微时代"所带来的各种新力量,如何利用就业微博平台开展大学生就业指导和服务工作,给我们带来了新的机遇和挑战。这里以新浪微博为例,具体分析了国内10所高校就业指导中心官方微博的实际应用状况,进而对高校就业微博平台的立体化构建提出了新的思路和策略。With the rapid development of Internet technology, we media, represented by the micro-blog, has achieved widespread popularity among college students. At the same time, it affects their lifestyle and way of learning gradually. Faced with the increasingly severe employment situation and a variety of new strengths brought by the ＂micro era＂, how to use the micro-blog platform to carry out college students＇ employment guidance and services has brought new op, portunities and challenges. Taking Sina Weibo as a case, this paper analyzes the practical application of career guidance centers＇ official micro-blogs in ten domestic colleges in detail and then puts forward new ideas and strategies on the construction of the multi-dimensional structure of the micro-biog platform for college employment guidance.
