摘　　要：一则新闻震动了全球芯片行业：9月26日，全球芯片老大英特尔公司与紫光集团达成合作协议，联合开发基于英特尔架构和通信技术的手机解决方案，在中国和全球市场扩展英特尔架构移动设备的产品和应用。与此同时，英特尔将向紫光旗下持有展讯通信和锐迪科微电子的控股公司投资人民币90亿元（约15亿美元），并获得20％的股权。On September 26,a piece of news rocked the global microchip industry:global microchip giant Intel and the Tsinghua Unigroup had established a partnership to develop a mobile solution based on Intel architecture and communication technology,in order to extend Intel-based products and applications further into China and across the globe.As part of the agreement Intel purchased a 20% stake in a Tsinghua Unigroup subsidiary holding company that owns Spreadtrum Communications and RDA Microelectronics for 9 billion yuan(1.5 billion USD).
