伐昔洛韦联合蒲公英片治疗成人复发性单纯疱疹临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察伐昔洛韦片联合蒲公英片治疗成人复发性单纯疱疹临床疗效。方法 73例患者随机分成两组,治疗组口服伐昔洛韦片联合蒲公英片;对照组口服伐昔洛韦片,疗程10d。结果治疗组与对照组治疗后2个月复发率(16.22%和44.44%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组有效率、安全性比较差异无统计学意义。结论伐昔洛韦片联合蒲公英片治疗成人复发性单纯疱疹短期复发率小于单纯服用伐昔洛韦片治疗。Objective To study the clinical-effect of valaciclovir tablets combined with dandelion tablets on treating adult recurrent herpes simplex. Methods Seventy-three patients were randomly categorized into two groups.Patients in therapeutic group orally administrated valaciclovir tablets combined with dandelion tablets and patients in control group orally administrated valaciclovir tablets. The treatment duration was 10 days. Results Comparing the recurrence rate（ 16. 22%,44. 44%） between therapeutic group and the control group,we found the difference of the effect was significant（ P〈0. 01）. The difference of effective rate and safety between two groups was not significant. Conclusion Treatment by valaciclovir tablets combined with dandelion tablets can make the short-term recurrence rate of adult recurrent herpes simplex lower than the simple administration of valaciclovir table.
