摘  要:目的考察无机陶瓷膜精制健脑益智胶囊水提部分的可行性及有效性。方法以药液浓度和过滤压力为考察因素,测定无机陶瓷膜精制后葛根素转移率、固形物保留率,并比较膜处理前后化学指纹图谱和吸湿性的变化。结果过滤压力0.5 MPa、压差0.1 MPa下葛根素转移率可达到80%以上,固含物降低10%,指纹图谱有18个共有峰,膜分离处理后浸膏粉的吸湿性增加。结论采用无机陶瓷膜微滤技术精制健脑益智胶囊水提液部分,具有一定的可行性。Objective To investigate the inorganic ceramic membrane Microfiltration Technology Refining Jiannao Yizhi Capsule water extraction and effective part of the feasibility. Methods The effects of factors such as concentration and filtration pressure determination,after refining puerarin transfer rate,solids retention rate of inorganic ceramic membrane,and membrane treatment changes of chemical fingerprint and hygroscopicity of. Results The filtration pressure was0. 5MPa,pressure was 0. 1MPa,puerarin transfer rate can reach more than 80 %,solid content decreased 10 %,the fingerprint of 18 common peaks,the hygroscopicity of increased after the treatment of membrane separation. Conclusion The use of microfiltration Jiannao Yizhi Capsule extract part,has certain feasibility.
