摘　　要：图书是传承文明、散播知识、发表见解的载体,数字化的图书则变成了便于网络传播的信息。对图书信息进行科学存储利用,使之成为社会全员的共享资源,这是目前我国图书界亟待解决的问题。将图书数字化,大学图书馆免费开放,大力发展建设农村图书馆,是充分发挥图书效益的有效办法。books is the heritage of civilization, to spread knowledge, opinions of the carrier, an array of books would become easy to network dissemination of information. On Library and information science storage utilization, causes it to become the social full sharing of resources, it is at present our country library issues. The digital books, university library is open free of charge, vigorously develop the construction of rural library, give full play to library and the efficient way of benefit.
