社会资本与艾滋病人群生存质量的典型相关分析

摘　　要：目的了解艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病病人(PLWHAS)的生存质量和社会资本现状,分析社会资本与PLWHAS生存质量的关系,为提高PLWHAS生存质量提供依据。方法采用现况调查方法,对377例PLWHAS进行面对面问卷调查。问卷包括基本情况调查表、社会资本评定量表(SCQ)和健康状况简易调查(SF-36)。资料使用Epi Data3.1软件录入,利用SPSS19.0进行统计分析。采用描述性统计方法评价PLWHAS的生存质量状况及社会资本状况;采用典型相关分析法探究社会资本对PLWHAS生存状况的影响。结果 2013年3月1日至2013年4月15日,共完成有效问卷371份。PLWHAS的社会资本与生存质量各维度得分均较低,社会资本总分(满分10分)为(5.04±2.76)分,生存质量总分(满分100分)为(64.67±13.48)分,比常模差(t=3.708,P<0.05)。社会资本与生存质量的典型相关系数是0.552,P<0.05。PLWHAS的信任度、主动获取资源的能力与生理机能、精力、情感职能和精神健康成正相关。结论 PLWHAS的社会资本较低,生存质量较差,PLWHAS获得的社会资本越多,他们的生存质量越好。Objective To study the quality of life,the social capital and the relationship between social capital and quality of life among patients living with HIV/AIDS（PLWHAS）,in order to provide some evidences for provement of life quality among PLWHAS.Methods Cross-sectional investigation was conducted face to face in a total of377 PLWHAS.The questionnaires are basic situation survey,the social capital questionnaire（SCQ）and a simple health condition survey questionnaire（SF-36）.The Epidata3.1and the SPSS 19.0were used to do the data input and statistical analysis respectively.The descriptive statistical method and t-test were used to evaluate the quality of life and the social capital.The relationship between social capital and quality of life among PLWHAS was analyzed by canonical correlation.Results A total of 371 available questionnaires were finished between March 1,2013 and April 15,2013.PLWHAS social capital score was 5.04±2.76（full score：10）,quality of life score is 64.67±13.48（full score：100）and lower than the national norm level（t=3.708,P〈0.05）.The canonical correlation of social capital and quality of life is 0.552,P〈0.05.Trust and ability of access to resources had a positive correlation with physical function,vitality,role-emotional and mental health.Conclusions PLWHAS have low social capital and bad quality of life.The more social capital the PLWHAS get the better quality of life they have.
