摘 要:针对张小楼煤矿深部大断面切眼围岩变形大、支护体破坏严重问题,通过现场调研和分析,认为在埋深大、高地应力、围岩裂隙发育等条件的影响下,原支护不能适应围岩大变形的特点,巷道关键部位出现破坏,进而削弱支护系统的整体功能。针对这一问题,采用软岩耦合支护思想,对切眼采用锚网-围岩以及锚索-关键部位的耦合支护方式,实现了支护体与围岩在强度、刚度和结构上的耦合,从而达到控制切眼稳定的目的。通过现场实践检测,表明耦合支护对深部高应力大断面巷道能够起到较好的支护效果。Aiming at the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock and serious destruction of support body in deep large-section open-off cut in Zhangxiaolou Coal Mine,through field investigation and analysis,it is thought that the original support cant adapt the large deformation of the surrounding rock under the conditions of deep burial,high ground stress and rock cracks development,for the failure in key position in roadway has weakened the whole function of the support system.In order to solve the problem,the coupled support method of anchor mesh-surrounding rock and cable-key position is adopted in the open-off cut,which realizes the coupling between support body and surrounding rock in strength,stiffness and structure,and the large deformation in open-off cut is controlled.Field practice results demonstrate that coupled support technology for deep large-section roadway with high ground stress is effective.
