摘 要:在采气过程中加入泡排剂有利于降低地层水表面张力,改善水气流动状态,达到排水采气的目的,但目前国内外适用于高温高盐气井的泡排剂还较少。为此,根据表面活性剂结构特点、基团特性及作用机理,提出采用乳化剂OP-10与马来酸酐合成聚醚型琥珀酸酯,然后用亚硫酸氢钠进行磺化改性得到聚醚型磺化琥珀酸酯盐泡排剂,其结构中同时具有抗温抗盐的磺酸基阴离子基团及抗盐性能较好的聚乙氧基非离子基团。通过对影响泡排剂合成的各因素进行研究,得到合成聚醚型磺化琥珀酸酯盐的优化工艺条件:对酯化工艺,n(OP-10)∶n(马来酸酐)=1∶1.20,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为6h;而对磺化工艺,n(亚硫酸氢钠)∶n(聚醚型琥珀酸酯)=1∶1.5,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为2h。同时对泡排剂的性能也进行了考察。结果表明,所合成聚醚型磺化琥珀酸酯盐具有良好的表面活性,起泡及稳泡性能优异,热稳定性好,抗温可达130℃,抗矿化度可达38g/L。In the process of gas recovery,adding a foam drainage agent helps reduce the surface tension of the formation water,thus to improve water and gas flow condition and achieve the purpose of drainage gas recovery.At present,there are kinds of foam drainage agents at home and abroad,however,they are difficult to achieve the required performance especially in those high-temperature and high-salt gas wells.In this respect,we presented a method of using OP-10 and maleic anhydride to synthesize polyether succinic acid ester,then modifying it with sodium bisulfate to obtain the foam drainage agent of polyether sodium sulfosuccinate.This agent contains both temperature-and salt-resistant sulfonic acid anionic groups and better salt-tolerant polyethoxylated nonionic groups.Moreover,through studying the various factors that affect the synthesis of a foaming agent,we obtained the optimal process conditions for the synthesis of a s ulfonated polyether succinate salt.As for the esterification process ∶ n (OP-10) ∶ n (maleic anhydride)=1 ∶ 1.20,the temperature is 90 ℃,the time is 6 h; As for the sulfonation process:n(sodium bisulfite) ∶ n(polyether succinate)=1 ∶ 1.5,the temperature is 90 ℃,the time is 2 h.The properties of the foaming agent were investigated and the results showed that the polyether type of sulfonated succinate salt shows a good surface activity and thermal stability and also exhibits an excellent foaming performance,a foam stability,and good resistances to temperature up to 130 ℃ and to salt up to 38 g/L respectively.
