摘 要:基于动力显示有限元数值模拟软件eta/Dynform,对后围上横梁板的拉深成形过程进行数值模拟,研究了后围上横梁制件冲压拉深成形过程中板材的塑性变形与其加载方式及速度的关系,板材拉深成形速度由大到小变化时,制件的拉深成形性较好。通过伺服技术的应用,对冲压成形拉深运动曲线进行优化,成功实现通过改变冲压成形过程中的运动轨迹来提高冲压成形性能的目的。模拟实验和物理实验验证相吻合,均得到合格的冲压拉深件。Based on eta/Dynaform, the drawing process of upper beam in rear body was numerically simulated. The relationship among plastic deformatiun of upper beam in rear body, luading modes and velocity during drawing process was studied. When the drawing velocity of steel plate changes from large to small, the drawing formability of the part is good. By serw) technology, the movement curves of drawing were optimized, which improved the drawing formability through changing the movement locus of drawing process. The simulation met with the physical experimental result, and qualified stamping parts were obtained by both experiments.
