摘 要:以大型水压机高压大流量水路分配器的水阀开启故障为研究对象,首先通过对高压大流量分配水阀开启机构及水阀开启故障机理进行分析,系统的研究了水阀开启故障问题,分析了操作系统压力、水阀内泄漏量以及开启凸轮机构的参数对水阀开启故障的影响。建立其机理动态数学模型,采用多学科复合建模方法建立了大型水压机集机电液于一体的水路分配系统的AMEsim模型,通过数值仿真对高压大流量水阀开启故障进行分析研究。仿真结果表明,水阀开启驱动负载过大和开启执行机构能力过小是水阀开启故障的主要因素。揭示了在故障条件下,水阀将无法开启或者出现开启滞后,结果与实际经验吻合,证明了本研究的有效性。The opening fault characteristic of allocation water valve with high pressure and large flow capacity in large hydraulic press was researched. Firstly, the mechanism of opening fault characteristic of allocation water valve with high pressure and large flow capacity in large hydraulic press was analyzed, and then problems in opening fault were studied systematically. Further, the effects of various factors on the water valve opening fault were studied, such as operation system pressure, water valve's leakage, and parameters of opening cam mechanism. The mechanism of its dynamic mathematical model was established, the AMEsim model which is integrated with large hydrau- lic press and electromechanical liquid was created by muhidisciplinary method and the opening fault of high pressure and large flow water valve was analyzed deeply through the numerical simulation. The simulation result shows that the main factors leading to the opening fault of water valve are the overloaded open driving load and incompetent opening executive capability. It is stated that water valve can not be opened or be opened with lagging under the condition of opening fault. The result is in accordance with the practical experience, which proves the validity of this study.
