摘  要:建立了测定盐酸地尔硫卓含量的电位分析方法,制备了一种以盐酸地尔硫卓与六碘合铋离子形成的缔合物为电活性物的涂碳型盐酸地尔硫卓离子选择电极,并对其各项性能进行测定。结果显示,电极对盐酸地尔硫卓有很好的能斯特响应。电极线性响应范围为1.0×10-1~1.0×10-5mol/L,级差电位为54 mV/pC,检测下限为5.0×10-6mol/L。并用该电极测定了盐酸地尔硫卓片剂的含量,测定结果与药典法相符。A potential analysis method for the determination of ditiazem hydrochloride was established. A new coated carbon polyvinyl chloride membrane-diltiazem hydrochloride ion-selective electrode based on diltiazem hydrochloride and six cobismuth iodide ion association complexes was investigated and the electrochemical properties were tested. Good Nernst response for ditiazem hydrochloride was obtained. The response range of the prepared electrode was from 1. 0 × 10- 1to 1. 0 ×10- 5mol /L with a slope of 54 mV /pC and the detection limit was 5. 0 × 10- 6mol /L. The prepared electrode was used to determine the contents of ditiazem hydrochloride in tablets and the results were in agreement with the pharmacopoeia method.
