摘　　要：水泥脱硝设施的稳定运行及达标投产是水泥行业实现脱硝减排的根本保障。介绍了浙江省水泥行业烟气脱硝(以下简称水泥脱硝)的政策背景以及各地市水泥脱硝设施的建设、运行管理现状,从水泥企业、环境监管方、脱硝技术方等多角度出发,提出浙江省水泥脱硝设施在运行维护管理中存在的问题并给出合理化建议,确保将脱硝设施的减排能力转化为切实、有效的减排功效。The stable and standard operation of cement denitration facilities was the fundamental guarantee of realizing NOXreduction targets for cement industry.The current denitrification status of cement industry in Zhejiang province was emphatically described,including the policy background,denitrification requirements of Zhejiang government,NOXemission standards,the construction and running status of denitrification facilities and so on.Base on the field investigation,the problems existed in the operation and maintenance of denitrification facilities of Zhejiang cement industry were summed up,and the reasonable suggestions were proposed considering the project constructor,regulators and denitrification technical side.These suggestions would help to fully play the functional of cement denitrification facilities.
