严世芸应用合方治疗心律失常经验

摘　　要：介绍严世芸应用合方治疗心律失常经验,认为此病的基本病机为本虚标实,本虚包括心气虚、心阳亏虚、心阴不足、气阴两虚、肾阴阳两虚、脾虚气陷等,标实主要为血瘀、痰湿、水饮。基于"气血观",常采用"补阳还五汤"加减方作为治疗此病的基本处方,根据辨证灵活合用经典古方,确立了以病机为核心的"活法合方"。YAN Shiyun＇s experience in treating arrhythmia with combination prescriptions was introduced. Prof.YAN Shiyun considers that the basic pathogenesis of arrhythmia is root deficiency and tip repletion. Root deficiency includes heart qi deficiency,heart yang deficiency,heart yin deficiency,qi-yin deficiency,kidney yin-yang deficiency and spleen-deficiency qi-sinking. Tip repletion includes blood stasis,phlegm-dampness and water-fluid. Prof.YAN Shiyun often uses Buyang Huanwu Decoction and its modified formulas as the basic prescription according to QiBlood Concept. The flexible therapies and combination prescriptions are established based on syndrome identification,classical ancient formulas and the core of pathogenesis.
