摘　　要：上海市交通运输设施虽然基础好、水平高,在世界处于较为领先水平,但仍有很多方面与社会经济发展不相协调,需要在相对长的时间内不断完善和改进。本文结合上海国际航运中心建设对人才的要求,以上海海事大学为例,采用比较和目标转换的方法,探讨交通工程专业定位的确定方法,以适应社会发展对交通工程专业人才培养的要求。Although Shanghai＇s transportation facilities are in a good foundation and at a high level, ranking the international leading level, there are still many aspects not coordinated with socio-economic development that need constantly refining and improving in a relative long time. Based on the talent demands in the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center and taking Shanghai Maritime University as an example, this paper adopts comparison and goal conversion method to explore the discipline orientation methods of traffic engineering so as to fulfill the requirements of social development for traffic talent cultivation. The ideas, methods and achievements are useful for the guidance to the improvement of educational philosophy for other similar colleges and professions.
