摘 要:桑青枯病是桑树的主要细菌性病害之一,选育和种植抗病桑树品种是控制病害的有效技术措施。通过建立自然诱发病圃鉴定47个桑树杂交组合对青枯病的抗性,筛选出4个高抗杂交组合;采用离体嫩梢人工接种法鉴定29个桑树杂交组合对引发青枯病的肠杆菌属(Eenterbacter spp.)病原细菌菌株GDE001、GXE039的侵染抵抗性,获得对2个病原细菌菌株均为高抗的杂交组合5个。试验数据的方差分析表明,桑树不同杂交组合对青枯病的抗性差异显著,母本的抗病性对一代杂交组合的抗病性影响极显著,而父本的影响不显著。上述2种抗病性鉴定方法均可用于桑树杂交组合对青枯病的抗性评价。Bacterial wilt disease is one of the main bacterial diseases of mulberry. Breeding and planting disease-resistant mulberry varieties are effective measures to control this disease. By using naturally predisposing disease nursery method to evaluate resistance of 47 mulberry hybridized combinations to bacterial wilt disease,4 highly resistant hybridized combinations were obtained. By using in vitro shoot inoculation method to evaluate resistance of 29 mulberry hybridized combinations to bacterial wilt disease,5 mulberry hybridized combinations were found to have high resistance to Eenterobacter spp. strains GDE001 and GXE039 which can cause mulberry bacterial wilt disease. Variance analysis showed that disease resistances of different mulberry hybridized combinations were significantly different. Disease resistance of maternal genetic basis had significant effect on the resistance of F1 population,while that of paternal genetic basis showed no significant effect. There results indicate that the above two methods can be used in resistance evaluation of mulberry hybridized combinations to bacterial wilt disease.
