耐高温多湿家蚕新品种渝科8号的育成

摘　　要：以耐高温多湿、优质高产为选育目标,采用杂交、回交与系统选育等方法,育成并组配了适合重庆蚕区夏秋季伏旱期间高温多湿气候条件下饲养,综合经济性状优良的夏秋用家蚕新品种杂交组合夏6×秋7(定名为渝科8号)。渝科8号在四川省家蚕新品种审定的实验室共同鉴定和农村生产鉴定试验中,表现出孵化、眠起、上蔟整齐,强健好养,茧型大而匀整的特点,综合经济性状成绩与对照杂交组合夏芳×秋白在同一水平,并且健康性和丝质成绩优于对照杂交组合,在2012年、2013年秋季的农村大面积试养试验中,克蚁产茧量为3.99 kg,健蛹率达到99.36%。新品种于2014年2月通过四川省家蚕品种审定委员会审定。By setting endurance to high temperature and humidity,and production of high quality and high yield cocoons as breeding goals,a new silkworm（ Bombyx mori） hybrid combination Xia 6 × Qiu 7（ named as Yuke 8） with excellent economic traits was obtained by means of hybridization,backcrossing and system selection. This new variety was suitable for summer and autumn rearing under the high temperature and high humidity circumstance of Chongqing. Laboratory co-identification and rural production evaluation tests in Sichuan Province showed that Yuke 8 had excellent traits in hatching,moulting,mounting,robustness,and cocoon dimensions. Its comprehensive economic traits were at the same level with the control hybrid combination Xiafang × Qiubai,while health and silk quality of it were superior to the control hybrid combination. Large scale rural tests in autumns of 2012 and 2013 indicated that its cocoon output per gram of newly hatched larvae achieved 3. 99 kg and rate of healthy pupae reached 99. 36%. This new variety had been approved by Silkworm Variety Evaluation Committee of Sichuan Province in February 2014.
