摘  要:分析了HFW焊管生产过程中卧式螺旋活套的连续性供料与生产效率之间的关系,认为保证焊接质量和生产效率的关键在于活套的连续供料,而活套的连续供料主要受带钢对接时间、钢卷长度、快速充料速度和轧机运行速度等参数的制约。根据分析结果整理出相关参数的计算公式,为实际生产应用提供理论依据;并就保证活套连续供料的问题提出了解决措施。Analyzed in the essay is the relationship between continuous feeding by the horizontal spiral accumu- lator and the productivity in the HFW pipe manufacture process. As a result, it is identified that the critical step to ensure both welding quality and the productivity of the operation line is keeping continuous feed by the accumulator. And whether continuous feeding operation can be ensured is subjected to such parameters as strip butting time, coil length, fast-charging speed and running speed of the rolling mill, etc. Based on the above mentioned analysis, the calculation formula for related parameters is derived, being regarded as the theoretic basis for application to actual production activities. Finally, measures to ensure the accumulator continuous feeding are proposed.
