摘  要:对重力浇铸和离心浇铸轧辊进行了比较,指出离心复合轧辊具有组织均匀致密、硬度高且变化小、力学性能好、使用寿命长等优点。详细分析了PQF连轧管机组的轧辊失效原因,提出了预防轧辊失效的方法:加强轧辊检查,合理控制轧制节奏,预热轧辊,控制换辊周期等。The comparison between the gravity-cast roll and the centrifugally-cast roll is conducted. As a result it is identified that the centrifugally-cast roll is in possession of such advantages as structural homogeneity, high and consistent hardness, fine mechanical properties, and high service life. Also detailed here is an analysis of causes for roll failure of the PQF mandrel mill. Accordingly, preventative actions against the failure are proposed, including strengthening checking of the roll, properly controlling the rolling cycle, pre-heating the roll and controlling the roll-change interval.
