摘　　要：依据抗菌药物临床应用管理的有关法律、法规,以党委、行政、纪检三位一体的管理模式实行临床用药督导制度,建立临床用药督导管理体系和评估体系,医务处、药学部及临床各科室多部门多学科共同参与,在事前、事中、事后三个阶段对临床合理用药进行全程监控,规范抗菌药物合理应用。According to China＇s policies about rational antibiotic use, a triune clinical drug use monitoring mode and supervi- sing system related to party, administration, and censorship, was founded in our hospital. Cooperating with medical affair adminis- trators and clinical department directors, pharmacists entirely inspected the drug use in the whole treatment processes, and pro- cured notable effects on rational antibiotic use.
