摘　　要：民营医院的医疗质量管理一直是医政工作的薄弱环节。文章通过分析上海市民营医院第二类医疗技术准入管理的现状,剖析影响民营医院在医疗技术临床应用管理上的内部和外部问题,并提出相应管理策略。The medical quality management of private hospital is the weak link. The paper analyzes the present situation of second types of medical technology admittance management in the private hospitals of Shanghai, and explores in internal and exter- nal problems affecting medical technology clinical application management in private hospitals. At the same time, the corresponding management strategies are put forward.
