摘　　要：当前我国艾滋病防治形势仍然十分严峻,基层艾滋病防治还没有形成科学规范的工作机制。基本公共卫生服务项目在城乡基层医疗卫生机构普遍开展,对保障城乡居民健康发挥着重要的作用。文章通过对艾滋病防治工作与基本公共卫生服务结合的必要性和环境进行分析,并对艾滋病防治工作与基本公共卫生服务结合提出相关建议,旨在为基层艾滋病防治工作可持续发展提供借鉴。Under the severe situation of HIV/AIDS prevention and control in China, scientific and standardized mechanism of HIV/AIDS prevention and control in grass roots needs to he established. Basic public health services have been widely carried out in urban and rural grassroots health institutions to protect the health of urban and rural residents. The necessity and environment of combination of HIV/AIDS prevention and control with basic public health services were analyzed. Based on which, some sugges- tions were put forward to provide reference for the sustainable development of grassroots HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
