摘　　要：目的通过苏州国产医疗器械产业发展的现状分析,阐释产业创新的意义,探讨产业创新带给各个利益主体的利益诉求。进而研究通过各个利益主体利益均衡,达到促进国产医疗器械产业发展的目的。结论通过以下几个方面努力,可以均衡各利益相关者的利益,实现苏州国产医疗器械产业创新发展:从卫生行业特点看,苏州国产医疗器械产业发展需要紧紧结合医改政策,才能实现转型升级;苏州需要加快相关平台建设,提升企业创新能力;地方政府需要不断规范引导性政策,倡导产业的差异性发展;营造良好的产业环境,依法加强行业监管。Objective Through the analysis on the current situation of domestic medical equipment industry in Suzhou, the pa- per interprets the meaning of industrial innovation and explores the interests industrial innovation brings to all stakeholders. Through further research on the various stakeholders to reach equilibrium, it promotes the development of domestic medical equip- ment industry. Conclusions It could balance the interests of stakeholders and realize the innovation and development of domestic medical equipment industry in Suzhou through the following several aspects： it needs to combine closely with the reform policies in order to achieve the transformation and upgrading from the perspective of health industry characteristics ; it needs to accelerate the relevant platform development to promote the innovative ability; the local government needs to standardize the guiding policy, ad- vocating diversity of industrial development; and a good industrial environment is needed to strengthen the industry supervision in accordance with the law.
