摘　　要：分析了太湖面临的水生态建设问题,从理论层面分析了科学发展观和水生态文明建设的辩证关系,提出了要以科学发展观指导太湖水生态文明建设工作,并对推进水生态文明建设进行深入思考后提出了相关措施建议,为全面实现水生态文明建设目标和美丽太湖建设提供参考。Based on the state of the existing problems in water ecological construction of Taihu Lake, and the dialectical relationship between the scientific development concept and water ecological civilization construction is analyzed. Furthermore, guiding water ecological civilization construction of Taihu Lake by the scientific development concept is proposed, and some suggestions are made on promoting water ecological civilization construction after deep thinking, which could provide a reference for the goals realization of water ecological civilization construction and the beautiful Taihu construction.
