摘  要:筛选子粒富铁(Iron,Fe)和锌(Zinc,Zn)及铜(Copper,Cu)含量较低的水稻种质资源,为水稻富铁、锌和耐铜新品种的选育提供资源基础,笔者于江西省德兴铜矿附近重金属污染较重农田中种植了153份基因型各异的水稻品种(品系,组合),分析其子粒的铁、锌和铜含量,结果表明,收获的149份有效材料子粒铁、锌和铜含量的基因型差异都很大,变化范围分别为9.26-48.65mg/kg、13.08-36.08mg/kg和2.02-6.71mg/kg,平均值分别为16.46、22.67和3.53mg/kg,锌和铜含量都在国家规定的限量标准之下,各基因型糙米铁、锌和铜含量都呈正态分布规律;5类水稻材料间铁、锌和铜含量差异都非常明显,其铁含量大小顺序为常规粳稻〉籼型两系杂交稻〉常规籼稻〉籼型三系杂交稻〉常规糯稻;铜含量大小顺序为常规粳稻〉常规籼稻〉籼型两系杂交稻〉常规糯稻〉籼型三系杂交稻;常规稻的锌含量较接近,但显著高于杂交稻。In order to screen out rice ( Oryza sativa L. ) cultivars with rich iron (Fe) and zinc (Zn) content, lower copper (Cu) content in their grain,provide germplasm for rice Fe and Zn-rich, Cu-resistance new cultivar selection,153 rice materials with various genotypes were grown in the heavy metal polluted cropland nearby Dexing copper mine of Jiangxi province and their grain Fe, Zn and Cu content were assayed. The results indica- ted:the grain Fe, Zn and Cu content of 149 available materials showed great differences. The range of variation was 9.26 - 48.65mg/kg, 13.08 - 36.08mg/kg and 2.0:2 - 6.71mg/kg, and the average value was 16.45mg/kg, 22. 67mg/kg and 3.53mg/kg, respectively. Zinc and copper content was under the limited standards prescribed by the state. The Fe,Zn and Cu content in brown rice from all genotypes showed normal distribution. Fe, Zn and Cu content among 5 types rice represented significant differences. The order of Fe content was normal japonica rice 〉 two-line indica hybrid rice 〉 normal indica rice 〉 three-line indica hybrid rice 〉 glutinous rice, and the order of Cu content was normal japonica rice 〉 normal indica rice 〉 two-line indica hybrid rice 〉 glutinous rice 〉 three-line indica hybrid rice, while the Zn content of conventional rice was similar, and significantly higher than that of the hybrid rice.
