他达拉非对勃起功能障碍治疗的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的:对他达拉非治疗勃起功能障碍的疗效进行分析评价。方法:通过电子检索和手工检索尽可能的全面收集他达拉非治疗勃起功能障碍的临床研究的试验资料,凡属于随机对照试验,无论是否采用盲法均予纳入。以国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5评分)以及SEP-Q2、Q3做为疗效指标,运用RevMan5.2对最终入组资料进行meta分析。结果:共7个随机对照试验被纳入研究,其中4个为Jadad评分≥4的高质量试验。3个试验IIEF-5评分分析WMD=4.32,95%CI为[3.68,4.96],P<0.00001;7个试验的SEP-Q2分析,OR=3.07,95%CI为[2.36,4.00],P<0.00001;4个安慰剂作为对照组的试验SEP-Q3分析,OR=5.04,95%CI为[3.66,6.92],P<0.00001;3个复方玄驹作为对照组的试验SEP-Q3分析,OR=2.11,95%CI为[1.49,2.97],P<0.00001。提示他达拉非可以明显改善ED的疗效指标。结论:他达拉非可以有效提高插入成功率和性交成功率,显著改善阴茎勃起功能。Objectives：To analyze and evaluate the efficacy of tadalafil on erectile dysfunction.Methods：The test data of tadalafil on erectile dysfunction was collected through electronic and manual searches.All the ran-domized controlled trials,regardless of the blind method,were included.With international index of erectile function （IIEF-5 score）and SEP-Q2,Q3 as curative effect index,RevMan5.2 was used to analyze the final data by meta analysis.Results：7 randomized controlled trials were included in the study,4 of which belong to the Jadad score≥4 high quality test.The results of 3 test’s IIEF-5 score analysis were WMD=4.32 and 95%CI=[3.68,4.96],P〈0.00001;the results of SEP-Q2 experimental analysis of the 7 trials were OR=3.07 and 95%CI=[2.36,4.00],P〈0.00001;the results of SEP-Q3 analysis of 4 placebo test group were OR=5.04 and 95%CI=[3.66,6.92],P〈0.00001;the results of SEP-Q3 analysis of 3 FuFangXuanJu test group were OR=2.1 1 and 95%CI=[1 .49,2.97], P〈0.00001 .The results indicated that tadalafil could significantly improve the efficacy index of ED.Conclusions：Tadalafil can effectively improve the success rate of insertion and sexual intercourse success rate,and significantly improve the erectile function of penis.
