α受体阻滞剂联合体外短波治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评估α受体阻滞剂联合体外短波治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:收治180例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者依据NIH-CPSI评分及前列腺液结果,随机分为治疗组(α受体阻滞剂联合体外短波治疗组)和对照组(单一α受体阻滞剂治疗组、单一体外短波治疗组),每组60例,治疗4周后,对比分析三组患者治疗前后的NIH-CPSI评分,比较三组的疗效。结果:三组患者均能有效缓解慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者症状。联合治疗组的NIH-CPSI评分改善情况较其他两组明显。α受体阻滞剂组治愈率26%,总有效率72%;体外短波组治愈率20%,总有效率66.7%;联合治疗组总有效率为93.3%,治愈率为48%.治疗过程中均未见明显不良副反应。治愈率、总有效率比较,联合治疗组显著高于单一治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:对于伴有下尿路症状的慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者,α受体阻滞剂联合体外短波治疗具有治愈率高、安全性好、并发症少等优点;能迅速有效地改善CNP患者的临床症状,在临床上值得推广应用。Objectives：To investigate the clinical effect ofα-blockers and external shortwave treatment on Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis（CNP）.Methods：According to the score of NIH-CPSI and prostate fluid examina-tion results,1 80 patients with CNP were selected and randomly divided into the control groups（α-blockers group and external shortwave group）and the treatment group （the combined treatment group）,with 60 patients in each group.After 4weeks of treatment,the pre-and post-treatment scores on NIH-CPSI pain symptoms and the curative effect of each group were compared.Results：The symptoms of CNP in three groups were all improve effectively.As for the score of NIH-CPSI pain symptoms,the treatment group was even more significantly improved than the control group （P〈0 .01 ）.The total effective rate and curative rate of the treatment group were 93.3%and 48%, which was significantly higher than that in the control groups （α-blockers group with total effective rate of 72%and curative rate of 26%,the external shortwave group with total effective rate of 66.7%and curative rate of 20%）（P〈0.05）.No obvious adverse reaction happened in the process of treatment.Conclusion：For the CNP patients with the urinary tract symptoms,the combined treatment ofα-blockers and external shortwave treatment can more signifi-cantly improve the symptoms of patients than the separate treatment,which has the advantages of high cure rate,se-curity and fewer complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
