摘 要:针对当前无叶风扇控制器存在成本高、稳定性差等问题,设计了一种低成本高稳定性的无叶风扇控制器;以R5F104A单片机为控制核心,无位置传感器的三相无刷直流电机为控制对象,采用高耐压快速大功率MOS集成电路BM6201FS为电机功率驱动电路,降低无叶风扇电路系统成本,采用反电动势过零点检测法确定电机转子的位置信息,软件补偿硬件滤波电路产生的电机换相相移,提高控制器的可靠性;实验结果表明控制器工作稳定可靠,性价比高。A low--cost and high--stability bladeless fan controller was designed to solve the problems that current bladeless fan control- ler was high cost and poor stability. The RSF104A microcontroller was used as controller core, and the three--phase BLDC motor without position sensor was used as control object. In order to reduce the cost of bladeless fan circuit system, High-- voltage power PrestoMOS BM6201FS was used as motor drive IC. To improve the reliability of the controller, motor rotor position information was determined by de- tecting back--EMF zero, and motor commutation phase shift that is caused by hardware filtering circuit was compensated by software. The experimental results show that the controller is stable, reliable and cost--effective.
