摘　　要：自动化充气系统使用欧姆龙PLC(可编程控制器)作为控制和数据采集平台,使用VB 6.0程序平台作为复杂控制流程程序的编写平台,使用RS232接口程序完成PLC梯形图程序与VB 6.0程序之间的数据交换,构成较完善的自动化控制程序设计平台;在WIN98操作系统下,计算机CPU主频800MHz,PLC型号C200HE,获得了对PLC 50Hz的数据采集速率,软件编写结构简单,便于维护,运行稳定可靠。The automatic gas filling system was introduced with OMRON PLC （programming logical controller） as controller for servo -- mechanism. The software for this system was developed with Microsoft Visual Basics 6.0 under window XP. Interface of RS232 was used for the communication between the program and the hardware. In WIN98 OS, sampling frequency of data acquisition reach 50 Hz for PLC, while the CPU frequency is 800 MHz and PLC of C200 HE. This program is relatively perfect with the simple structure. The system is easy to maintain and operates stably.
