摘　　要：通信技术是智能建筑的技术基础,其广泛应用推动了智能建筑的发展。本文对智能建筑通信技术的应用作了分类;对智能建筑中主要的通信方式的发展情况做了论述。IP技术和光纤技术、无线技术在智能建筑中将得到进一步的应用,并决定了智能建筑通信应用的发展趋势。Communication technology is the technical basis of intelligent buildings, the intensive application promote the development of intelligent buildings. This paper classifies the application of intelligent building communication technology, discusses the development of the main communication modes in intelligent buildings. IP technology, fiber technology and wireless technology would be further applieated in intelligent buildings, and they would determine the develop trend of communication application in intelligent buildings.
