摘  要:参照气瓶的试验方法,对储气井进行了模拟试件的疲劳试验和爆破试验研究,得出结论:1)螺纹质量和螺纹连接部位的扭矩对储气井密封性能及抗疲劳性能具有较大的影响,设计中应对此提出相应要求;2)储气井结构在极限压力下均在螺纹部位首先失效,失效有螺纹拉脱和螺纹处泄漏两种形式;3)井管与接箍、井管与井口装置、接箍与井底装置的螺纹连接部位是储气井结构的薄弱环节,在结构设计及在役检验时应重点关注。Using the type test method of cylinder, the cycling tests and the explosion tests are carried out on the simplified gas storage wells. It can be concluded from the tests that: 1) the quality of the threads and the connecting torque of the threads are the key factor influencing the sealing performance and fatigue property of gas storage wells, the technical requirement of which should be described in the design documents. 2) Under the limited pressure, the threads failure first. The failure mode is pulling-out or leakage. 3) The positions such as connection of well pipe to coupling, connection of well pipe to well head equipment, connection of coupling to well bottom equipment, are the weak parts of the gas storage well. More attention should be paid on these parts in time of designing and in service inspection.
