造纸蒸球开裂原因分析

摘　　要：本文对碱法造纸蒸球贯穿性裂纹进行了分析,并结合工作实际指出裂纹产生的原因,主要是焊接工艺控制不严、焊工责任心不强、热处理方式处理不当且在使用过程中随着碱浓度的增加,蒸球存在较大的腐蚀及较大的复合应力。针对缺陷,笔者在设计、制造、检验、使用方面给出合理建议。This paper on alkali papermaking spherical digester penetrating cracks are analyzed, and combined with the actual work points out the reasons of the cracks,mainly poor control of welding process, welding is not strong sense of responsibility, heat treatment processing and the improper in the use of the process with the increase of concentration of alkali,steaming ball there is greater and greater corrosion composite stress. Aiming at the defects of the author, reasonable suggestions in design, manufacturing, inspection, use are given.
