某高校教职工与校园农民工血液生化检查结果比较

摘　　要：目的了解高校教职员工和校园农民工健康现状,为开展健康干预和慢性病防治工作提供科学依据。方法对某高校3 943名教职工(包括离、退休人员)和833名校园农民工采取空腹静脉血进行4项血液生化指标(血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、谷丙转氨酶)检测,将检测结果进行对比。结果受检农民工血液生化指标异常率中高血糖为5.88%,高甘油三酯为12.85%,高胆固醇为3.48%,谷丙转氨酶偏高为6.48%;受检教职员工血液生化指标异常率中高血糖为9.84%,高甘油三酯为31.80%,高胆固醇为22.52%,谷丙转氨酶偏高为11.84%。二者4项血液生化指标异常率相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高校教职工的健康水平低于校园农民工;应加强高校教职工和农民工的健康促进工作,做好定期体检和健康干预工作,从而降低慢性病风险。Objective To understand the current health situations of faculty and campus migrant workers so as to provide scientific evidence for health intervention and the prevention of chronic disease. Method 3 943 faculty （including retirees） and 833 campus migrant workers in some university were taken fasting blood tests for four biochemical blood parameters （glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, alanine aminotransferase） and the results were compared. Results Among these examined migrant workers, the rate of biochemical abnormalities in high blood glucose was 5.88%, 12.85% in high triglycerides, 3.48% in high cholesterol, and 6.48% in high alanine aminotransferase; for all faculty, the rate of biochemical abnormalities in high blood glucose was 9.84%, 31.80% in high triglyeerides, 22.52% in high cholesterol, and 11.84% in high alanine aminotrans- ferase. There were statistically significant differences of all four biochemical blood parameters between faculty and campus migrant workers （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The health conditions of university faculty are lower than campus migrant workers. The university should strengthen their health promotion work, arrange regular medical examinations for them and increase health interventions to reduce the risk of chronic disease.
