摘　　要：目的探讨近年来吉林省某高校教职工身体状况的动态变化并跟踪随访,提出合理化预防措施和建议,拟进一步加强高校教职工健康保健体系建设,不断提高高校教职工的生活和生存质量。方法将2010年6月-2013年11月每年参加健康体验的教职工作为观察对象,并对其体检结果进行统计分析。结果 2010-2013年教职工的参检率分别为81.6%,74.4%,82.9%和79.5%。高血脂及脂肪肝的检出率呈逐年上升趋势,高血压、高血糖的检出率呈逐年下降趋势。结论高校教职工的健康状况不容乐观,且健康意识淡薄,急需提升健康观念。Objective To explore the dynamic changes of health condition trends of Jilin university staffs in recent years, and then put forward reasonable preventive measures and suggestions. Reinforce the health care system for university staffs and improve their life and living quality. Method The test resulted from university staffs who took part in the physical examination every year from Jun. 2010 to Oct. 2013. Meanwhile, their physical examination results would be conducted statistical analysis. Results The participation rate of university staffs from 2010 to 2013 was 81.6% ,74.4% ,82.9% and 79.5% respectively. The diseases rate of fatty liver and hyperlipidemia increased, while the diseases rate of hypertension and hyperglycaemia declined gradually. Conclusion The health condition of university staffs is not good. With weak health care consciousness, they have to enhance their health concepts.
